DAYCARE APPLICATION/EVALUATION (one time) FEE: $20

DAY CARE (MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:00AM TO 6:30PM):

• $45/day
• Bath (day care dogs only, size/coat dependent) $25-$40
• Toenail Trim $15 – for regular day care clients only

DAY CARE RATE AGREEMENT:

• Payment is due day of service.
• Client is responsible for payment unless 24 hour notification of absence from day care is given.
• Day substitution on available basis only.
• Late pick-up fee: $25 for every 15 minutes (or part thereof) past 6:30 PM. $1/minute past the first 15. 
• If your dog is absent from day care for more than 1 week you are required to pay for his scheduled day(s) or forfeit his day care space

DAY TRAINING (includes day care and training):

• Day Training Day $60/day (currently full)
• All day training dogs must start with a private lesson ($145/hour at DDO) for a full behavioral history, evaluation, and appropriate training plan.
